 NEW CLIENTS - All new clients are required to leave a card on file upon booking.

REFUNDS - I do not offer refunds of any kind on services. Please see Adjustments below.

ADJUSTMENTS - If you are not happy with your hair, please contact Gabriella directly. I will be happy to make small adjustments within 1 week of your appointment. Anything after 1 week will be subject to charge.(no exceptions)

CANCELLATION - In the event that you would need to cancel, or reschedule an appointment, I have a firm 48 hour notice policy. All cancellations made 48 hours prior to the appointment are no problem. Cancellations made on the day before or same day (within 48 hours), your reserved card will be charged 50% of the scheduled services. If you are calling over the weekend please note your Tuesday appointment must be cancelled on a Saturday

NO SHOW - If you don’t show to your appointment, your reserved card will be charged the amount of the service you are booked for, and you will not be able to book future reservations with me.

CONFIRMATION TEXT/EMAILS - I will text or email to confirm your appointment 3 days prior to your appointment date. Please understand, if you need to cancel your appointment to give proper notice to avoid cancellation fee.

How do I become a guest/client?

I am honored that you’d like to become a guest of Gabriellas Hair Studio. New clients are always welcome! You can book your own appointment online. New clients are always welcome.

Where do I park?

Parking: if the spot by the orange cones in front of the studio is taken. You can park in front of my window or on the side of the building near the creek. Please make sure you are not blocking anyone in.

Can I bring my child or a friend?

Please do not bring anyone to your reservation. Due to the size of my salon, the pandemic, and my desire to create the best environment possible for my clients. I cannot have guests of guests in the studio.

Do you take walk-ins?

Please don’t just show up for an appointment. I don’t take walk-ins. Online booking is available for your convenience.

Are deposits and credit cards numbers required to book an appointment? Why?

Yes, a credit card is required for online booking, with no exceptions. I understand that things don’t work out as planned every now and then. However, I am a small business that relies on having clients arrive for their booked appointment, not only so that I can pay myself but also so I can keep the doors open. When you cannot attend your appointment or cannot give me enough notice that you are unable to attend, it means I have turned away other clients; that time was allocated to you specifically for that service, which in turn is not fair to the other clients or me as a small business.

To protect all of my loyal clients and their appointments, and protect my business from monetary loss and to ensure your appointment is relaxing and enjoyable, i have adapted the credit card deposit required policy. I greatly appreciate your support. I follow strict data protection on holding your personal data, and I will never use it in any way with third parties.

Do I have wi-fi?

Yes, WIFI is available. Please feel free to bring your device, tablet, or laptop with you to your appointment. I just ask that devices be used on "silent" or with headphones to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests.

Why does pricing vary?

No two heads of hair are the same, so price will vary based on starting point, length, density and desired result. Due to the volatile economic climate and rising inflation prices may vary from what is listed on website. Price increases are effective the October 1st of Every year.

Are masks required?

Masking is optional at The studio. I respect everyone's decision to mask or not mask. Any discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. If you’re sick, please reschedule your appointment and stay home. I can afford one canceled appointment, but i most certainly cannot afford to get sick and cancel a whole week of appointments.
